Where can I park?

  • Stop 1: Pay by phone or meter parking on the street, surface, parking garage on or near Las Olas, and valet at the Riverside Hotel
  • Stop 4: Pay by phone or meter parking on the street, valet at the Hilton Hotel
  • Stop 7: Free parking at Galleria Mall or valet at the Doubletree Hotel
  • Discounted parking available at the Riverwalk Garage and free Circuit cart available from there or Brightline to Stop #1

  • Will we have Happy Hour drink prices?: Happy Hour drink prices will not be available during Tortuga
  • I have an Annual Pass, can I ride to Tortuga?: Yes! Your Water Taxi Annual Pass gives you access to Tortuga!
  • I have a VIP Tortuga ticket, can I ride for free?: No, Water Taxi transportation is not included in the VIP Tortuga ticket
  • I am an employee/volunteer at the festival, can I ride for free?: No, Water Taxi doesn’t provide free service to employees or volunteers
  • Can guests with an All-Day Pass ticket use the Tortuga service?: No, you must have a Water Taxi Tortuga Pass to ride Tortuga service
  • Can the Water Taxi accommodate wheelchairs going to the festival?: Unfortunately, due to changing tides, passengers in wheelchairs will be unable to get to the festival via Water Taxi
  • The frequency of the boats from the Tortuga stops?: Every 20/30 minutes
